Electronic Statements Journal to Excel

With the Electronic Statement Journal to Excel function, you can print a journal of detailed historical electronic patient statement information to Excel via MyReports.
 
Upon accessing this function you will need to specify the criteria for the journal you would like to print.

From Date Sent Type the date you want the report to start with or  click the calendar icon to select a date.   10
Through Date Sent Type the date you want the report to end with or  click the calendar icon to select a date.   10
Include Patient Detail If you want to print the patients contained in each statement file, select this check box.   1

Sample Report
The information included on the summary report when you do not select to include patient detail is: filename, date created, date sent, time sent, transmitted by, total statement file balance, total statements (1st page), total additional pages, and total statements (pages).
 

 
The information included on the detailed report when you select to include patient detail is: filename, date created, date sent, time sent, transmitted by, total statement file balance, total statements (1st page), total additional pages, total statements (pages), patient account number, guarantor, performing doctor, billing group and the total statement balance.
