With the Statement Register Inquiry function, you can print a report of all the dates that statements have been printed for a particular patient.
Upon accessing this function, the Patient Look-up screen displays so you can select a patient, and then the Statement Register Inquiry screen displays.

Type the date you want the report to start with or click the calendar icon to select a date.

Sample Report
The information on this report includes: statement date, previous balance that appeared on the statement, ending balance that appeared on the statement, last statement date, and the date of the last payment posted to the account. The total number of statements printed for this displays at the end of the report.
