Start and Stop Cache

Cache must always be running to use CGM webPRACTICE and it must be started and stopped from the CGM webPRACTICE server. The Cache Cube is located in the lower-right corner of the desktop and contains the necessary functions for setting up and operating Cache. The Cache cube is blue when it is running and gray when it is not.

• Starting Cache
  1. Right-click on the Cache Cube and click Start Cache.
  2. Confirm the Start process was successful and the Cache Cube is now blue.
  
  
• Stopping Cache
  1. All workstations must log off CGM webPRACTICE prior to stopping Cache.
  2. To access the Stop function, right-click on the Cache Cube and click Stop Cache.
  3. Confirm the Stop process was successful and the Cache Cube is now gray.
