Support Desktop Tool
With the Support Desktop Tool you can access the CGM Customer Portal. A
permanent Internet connection is required on your CGM webPRACTICE server.
The Customer Portal can be accessed from every menu, function, and page
by clicking Support in the Action Column.
With the Customer Portal, you can easily:
- Create and submit new tickets.
- Check on the status of your submitted tickets - you can view both
current and historical tickets to gain insight into the nature of
cases you are submitting.
