Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Instructions

After the 2024.1.0 update has been installed, MFA can be enabled when logging onto CGM webPRACTICE. For hosted clients, MFA will be automatically enabled and required for users and all self-hosted clients will have the option to enable or disable MFA.

 

MFA acts as an additional layer of security to prevent unauthorized users from accessing CGM webPRACTICE.
