Corporate Productivity Analysis by Modifier

With the Corporate Productivity Analysis by Modifier function, you can generate a report containing a detailed analysis of procedures performed sorted by modifier, for a specified month, for multiple databases within the corporation.

Begin with Modifier Type the code you want to start with or leave the text box blank to start with the first code in the table.   6
End with Modifier Type the code you want to end with or leave the text box blank to end with the last code in the table.   6
Summary only If you only want to print a summary, select this check box. If you do NOT select Summary Only, the report will include the individual code descriptions and amounts.   1
Month for Report Type the month you want to generate the report for in the format of MM-YYYY.   7
Print with Codes If you did NOT select the Summary Only check box, you can select if you want the table codes to print in addition to the code descriptions. If you select to include the table codes, the column for the deviation amounts will be eliminated in both the monthly and year-to-date sections to allow room for the codes. 1
Print using Procedure Code List If you did NOT select the Summary Only check box, you can select to print this report based on a previously defined Procedure Code List.   20

Next you will need to select which database(s) you want to include on the report.

Database Number Select the Database(s) you want from the Database list. If you want to select multiple non-adjacent databases, press and hold the CTRL key and click each database you want to include. If you want to select a range of databases, click the first one in the range, scroll down to the last one in the range, press and hold the SHIFT key and click the last one in the range. To select all codes, click the first database in the list, scroll down to the last database, press and hold the SHIFT key and click the last database in the list. 8
