List of Patients by Birth Date

With the List of Patients by Birth Date function, you can print a report of patients sorted by the Birth Date entered in the Patient Name and Address screen, that have had account activity since a specified date.

Note: if a patient account has never had any activity (transactions) posted, the account will be included in the report because it is treated as a 'new patient' account, and is considered a valid result to be included on the report.

Print for what month Type the month the patient's birth date falls in that you want to print, in the format MM-CCYY.   7
Alpha or Numeric Select the sorting option you want.   1
Include Address Information If you want to print the patient's address information, select this check box.   1
Patients with Activity since Type the date or click the calendar icon to select a date. If any activity (transaction) has been posted on the account since this date, the patient will be included on this report.   10
Include Patients with No Activity Check this box if you want patients with no activity included.   1
Print from List If you want to print this report based off of a DMS List, select the list from the DMS Lists list box.   20
