Capitation Roster

With the Capitation Roster function, you can print a report listing every patient that is currently on a capitated plan.

Sample Report
The report is a double sorted report, which sorts first by Capitated plan and then by Responsible Doctor. The roster includes the patient ID number, patient name, policy number, effective date and the date of the last visit. It also includes sub-totals for each Responsible Doctor, and then totals for each capitated plan.
