Maintain Service Scripts

With the Maintain Service Scripts function you can add, edit, review or delete a service script.

Upon accessing this function, you must first select a patient. If there are any previously stored service scripts on the patient account, the Maintain Service Scripts summary screen will list them starting with the most recent. The text will be gray if there is a case attached to the service script; if not, it will be black. To select a service script, click anywhere in the row containing the service script information. If there are no existing service scripts, then the Maintain Service Scripts screen will display containing blank fields.

The Visits Used column reflects the number of visits (dates of service) posted to the account using this service script. The Visits Pending column reflects the number of appointments scheduled in the future that are linked to this service script. If the appointment is scheduled for a Resource, it will not be included in the total.

To add a new service script, click Add a Script on the Action Column. The Maintain Service Scripts screen will display containing blank fields.
