Duplicate Patient Listing

With the Duplicate Patient Listing function, you can print a report that lists duplicate patient accounts in the system. You select the data element used to identify duplicates, and the report groups together the accounts that share the same value.

Upon accessing this function, the Duplicate Patient Listing screen displays.

Data Field Information

Find Duplicates by	Select the data element used to identify duplicate patient accounts: Social Security Number, Date of Birth and Last Name, Primary Policy Number, or Patient Identifier.

Complete the field and print the report. The Printers dialog box displays, where you can select an output option, including Microsoft Excel via MyReports.
