NetPracticePM and Text Systems
Billing
- Electronic Claims Transmission File Report - The report was incorrectly printing the same Diagnosis codes that printed on the first line item for the first patient in the file, on all the patients in the file.
- Automatic Balance Write-Off (Billing, Insurance Billing, Delinquent Insurance, Automatic Balance Write-Off) - Program was not writing off all of small balances correctly because the Minimum Balance field was not processed properly.
- Move/Re-Build Transmission File - Electronic claims were getting rejected because the patient's address exceeded the maximum number of characters. An edit check was added to this program to verify the field and if any insurance claims do not pass, they are placed on the Exception Report.
Patient
- Transaction History Review (Patient, Review, History) - NetPracticePM only - The image would not display if you clicked on an EOB image icon.
- Patient Lookup screen - The full Account Balance was displaying instead of just the Patient balance.
Reports
- Procedure Analysis report Totals and Paid/Adjusted amounts were not aligning properly. If the Totals and dollar amounts were large, they were overlapping columns. Tab positions in the report were changed to prevent this issue.
Schedule
- Patient Lookup screen - The full Account Balance was displaying instead of just the Patient balance.
- Word Superbills - NetPracticePM only - Would only print using Military Time. Program corrected to print either Military or Standard time based on whether the Display Military Time field was checked off or not in the Scheduling Integration Screen.
- List Appointments by Patient - The report was duplicating the number of appointments because it was counting both the Patient appointments scheduled for Doctors and Patient appointments scheduled for Resources.
System
- Image Management Integration - NetPracticePM only - Upon accessing the function an error was occurring.
Transactions
- Procedure Entry - NetPracticePM only - A runtime error could occur when selecting a Performing doctor if there were a large number of Doctors in the Table.
