Sample Report
The report will list hourly segments starting at 6:00 A.M., horizontally across the top of the report and the selected schedule dates will print down the first column in separate rows. The total number of appointments scheduled within each hourly segment will print under each column within the appropriate row for each date. For example, if there are 3 appointments scheduled between 9:00 A.M. and 9:59 A.M. on 1-12-2007, a 3 will print under the '9' column in the row for 1-12-07. Depending on the sort option you select, either the doctor or location will print in the report heading and the other code will print in the second column next to the schedule date. If no amount prints under an hourly segment, that means there is no schedule set up for that time. A zero means there is a schedule established, but there are no patients scheduled there yet.
