Scheduling Audit Report

With the Scheduling Audit Report, you can print a report to track all the appointments that were scheduled each day. This report should be run on a daily basis. Should you ever have to restore to a backup, you can re-enter all the patient appointments using this report.

The report will print detailed appointment information for the date range selected for every appointment scheduled.

This report can be used to generate a DMS List. To activate this function you will need to add the report to the DMS Report Integration function located on the System, Database Maintenance Menu.

Sample Report
It will print the appointment time, doctor and location codes, appointment date, patient name and account number, whether or not it was confirmed, type of visit, number of units, whether or not it was a new patient, reason for visit, phone number, and the user name of the person who scheduled the appointment.

Note: the patient's phone number will only print if it is stored in the appointment entry screen. If your practice pre-registers new patients, we recommend you always type the patient's phone number in the appointment entry screen and then it will automatically default in the pre-registration screen.
