Superbill Number
Type the superbill number you want to
look up. This superbill must already be printed and defined.

When the Appointment Inquiry screen displays, you can
print the information using the Print Action Column button.
If a superbill has already been printed and you reschedule a patient's
appointment, the original superbill number will be retained if you reschedule
it on the same day as the original appointment, otherwise it will automatically
void the superbill. When you perform an inquiry on a superbill that has
been voided, as a result of being either deleted or rescheduled, you will
be informed the appointment was rescheduled or deleted and provided the
user name of the person that rescheduled or deleted it.
If you cancel out of an E-Superbill, the superbill number
is tracked and the message, 'This superbill
was CANCELED BY (USER) ON (DATE)' displays. This canceled superbill
will not be included on the Missing
Superbill Report since it was never attached to the appointment. Also,
if you delete an appointment that had a superbill number attached to it,
a message displays with the details of the deleted appointment.
