Review a Scheduling Delete/Reschedule Code

With the Review a Scheduling Delete/Reschedule Code function, you can review the detailed information currently stored for a delete/reschedule code or print the table. The Review function is provided for users that do not have access to the Maintain function. For information about creating new codes or changing existing code information, see Maintain Scheduling Delete/Reschedule Codes.

Upon accessing this function, the Review a Scheduling Delete/Reschedule Code screen displays containing blank data fields.

In Enter Patient Appointments when you reschedule or delete an appointment, you must enter a reason from this table. You can also choose to add an additional comment. The Delete/Reschedule code and the comment (if one is entered) display in the Appointments section under the Delete/Reschedule Comment column in the Inquiry function.

Action Column Functions
The Action Column functions are provided so you can perform multiple functions quickly and efficiently from within the Review function.

Select - Displays a new screen with blank data fields so you can select another code.

New - Unavailable in the Review function.

Next - Displays the next code in the table. If you are viewing the last code in the table and click Next, CGM webPRACTICE returns to the main Tables menu.

Previous - Displays the previous code in the table. If you are viewing the first code in the table and click Previous, CGM webPRACTICE returns to the main Tables menu.

Print - You can print all or part of the contents of the table. For additional information about printing, see Print the Scheduling Delete/Reschedule Table.

Inactivate - Unavailable in the Review function.

Reactivate - Unavailable in the Review function.
