DMS Report Integration

With the Data Management System (DMS) Report Integration function, you can select which reports you want to automatically generate a DMS list. You can select up to twenty different reports. Any report you select must be a report that contains patient data, because when DMS lists are created they only contain patient account numbers and names.

Upon accessing this function, you will need to type the mnemonic code for the report(s) you want in the Report field. This code is comprised of one mnemonic code from at least two connecting menus. Each set of codes must be separated by a period and must access a specific function. For example, MAN.AGE.BIL or TRN.JRN.DAI. If you are not familiar with mnemonic codes, you can click the magnifying glass to search and select the function. You can also print a list of functions and their mnemonic codes using the Print a List of Functions and Security function.
