CGM webVERIFY Integration

If your practice subscribes to CGM webVERIFY, you must complete the CGM webVERIFY Integration.

With the CGM webVERIFY Integration function, you can enter the information required to set up CGM webVERIFY. If your practice uses multiple databases in CGM webPRACTICE, this information must be set up for each database and entered from within that database.

State Code Type the state code for the practice.   40
Contact Phone Number Type the phone number for the CGM webVERIFY contact person in your practice. 12
How to Handle Non Future Carriers If a carrier does not allow verification for future dates of service, select if you want to replace the future date with today's date and proceed with verification or if you want to skip the verification. 1
Default View Select the applicable option to indicate the default view for eligibility results. 1
Ask Date of Service to Verify Select this check box if you want the option to verify eligibility for past, present, or future dates of service from within the Change Patient Data function.   1
Show Verification Status Icons in Schedule Select this check box if you want CGM webVERIFY status icons to display in the Scheduling screen.   1
Eligibility Verification Frequency Default Select the default value for the Eligibility Verification Frequency field when a new insurance carrier code is added. 1

Automation Settings

Click the Automation Settings Action Column button to store the settings needed to run eligibility requests automatically. After completing the fields, use the Providers and Locations Action Column buttons to select which provider and location codes to include in the automation process.

Enable Automation Select this check box to enable the automatic running of CGM webVERIFY eligibility requests.   1
Time Enter the time you want the eligibility requests to run automatically. 6
Number of Appointment Days Out Enter the number of appointment days out from the current date for which appointments will be selected. For example, if the current date is 09/01/2019 and you enter three (3) days, the first date for selecting appointments will be 09/04/2019. 3
Number of Appointment Days to Include Enter the total number of days of appointments to include in the batch for verification. For example, if you enter two (2) days and the Number of Appointment Days Out is set to three (3), appointments on days 4 and 5 from the current date will be sent in the batch. 3
Number of Providers Selected Informational only. Displays the number of providers selected for automation.   4
Number of Locations Selected Informational only. Displays the number of locations selected for automation.   4

Providers

Click the Providers Action Column button to select which provider codes to include in the automation process. Select individual check boxes or use the Select All button to select all providers. Use the Clear All button to clear all selections.



Locations

Click the Locations Action Column button to select which location codes to include in the automation process. Select individual check boxes or use the Select All button to select all locations. Use the Clear All button to clear all selections.
