Smart List Control

With the Smart List Control function, you can control the maximum number of items displayed in the various Table Search Results. The Smart Lists are built from the codes you most commonly select when you perform table searches. Since the Smart Lists are created from the codes you select, you may encounter Smart Lists that have fewer codes than the maximum number you set here, so when you perform a search for a code not currently displayed, that code will be added to the Smart List until the maximum number has been reached.

Each night CGM webPRACTICE analyzes which codes are most commonly selected and rebuilds each Smart List.

If your practice uses multiple databases in CGM webPRACTICE, this information must be set up for each database and entered from within that database.
