Demographic Look-up

With the Demographic Look-up function, you can review all changes made to a patient's demographic information. You can also view the date that any demographic data was edited and which user edited it.

Upon accessing this function, you must first select an account. You can view changes to Insurance Policy Information, Patient Information, Guarantor Information, Billing Information or, all of these categories combined, under All Demographic Information. If you select a section of demographic data that has not been edited, the message 'No Changes Reported' will appear.

Review Information	Select which category of demographics you want to reveiw from the Review Information list.	1

The screen shows the name of the user that edited the data and the date it was edited. The data displayed in the Before column shows each field as it was before it was edited, and the data in the After column shows each field after it was edited. Only the fields that were edited will be displayed in red so you can quickly identify and compare those fields.
