Patient Account Access Look-up

With the Patient Account Access Look-up function, you can find all the patient accounts that were accessed for a specified date range. When you first access this function, the Add/Edit Filter screen displays so you can specify the date range you want. You can also filter the data for a single Patient Account, User, Menu Function (top level), or a specific menu function by entering the name in the Menu Function Free Text field.

After you apply the filter, the results display showing the Date, Time, Account, Patient Name, Menu Path and Function name that was used to access the account, and the User that accessed the account. The *** Filter Applied *** banner at the top of the screen shows the active filter criteria.
