Patient Images Look-up

With the Patient Images Look-up function, you can review an audit trail of any changes made to Patient images, Guarantor images, or Insurance Card images stored on a patient's account.

Upon accessing this function, you must first select a patient account. The Image History screen will display all changes made to any image types on the account.

Each change recorded includes the following information:

Date and Time the change was made.
Image Type - the type of image that was changed (Patient, Guarantor, or the insurance carrier code, for example Insurance - AARP, for insurance card images).
User that made the change.
Action - the type of change that was made, such as Acquired or Deleted.
Notes - for insurance carrier image types, the policy number of the insurance carrier displays.
