Maintain Work Queue
The Work Queue functionality is designed for managers to create work queues
for employees to allow them to focus only on the codes assigned to their
User Code, while working in specific functions in the system. You can
define specific Table Codes that each employee is responsible for working
within the following functions:
- Unposted Procedures and Pre-Treatment
- Unposted Payments
- Insurance Collections-Work Accounts
- Patient Collections-Work Accounts

This functionality is only activated for clients on an ‘as-needed’ basis.
