Print a List of Users and Menus

This function will print a listing of all the users that are defined in the system.

The list will be sorted by the User Code and will include: user code, user name, database number, security level, and a list of the menu functions available to each user.
NOTE: This list could be extremely long depending on the number of users in your practice.
