Maintain Dr Provider Group Numbers

With the Maintain Dr Provider Group Numbers function you can store insurance carrier specific provider group numbers for your various doctors. You can use this function to review, add, change or delete a provider group number fro a specific doctor and insurance carrier.

Upon accessing this function, the Maintain Dr Provider Group Numbers screen displays containing blank data fields.

NOTE: After you type an existing Doctor code and Insurance Carrier code, press the TAB key to view the Group Number. If you press the ENTER key, the screen will save and refresh with only the Doctor code displaying. This is due to an internal programming requirement and cannot be changed.

Group Number	Type the group number for this doctor and insurance carrier.	20

Deleting a Dr Provider Group Number
To delete a Dr Provider Group number, select the doctor and insurance carrier first. When the Group Number displays, confirm it is the one you want to delete and click Delete in the lower-right corner. The message 'This provider number has been deleted' will display.
