Upload Remits

With the Upload Remits function you can upload remit files directly within CGM webPRACTICE for the selected insurance carrier, without having to log on to the Online Support Center (OSC) separately. The following file types are supported: .txt, .835, .dat, and .edi.

Upon accessing this function, first select the Insurance Form for the carrier whose remit files you want to upload.

Insurance Form Select the insurance form for the carrier whose remit files you want to upload.  

After selecting the Insurance Form, click the Upload Files Action Column button to open the upload dialog. Click + Add files... to browse for files on your computer, or drag and drop one or more remit files into the drop zone. Each file you add displays in the list with a #, Filename, and Status. When all files have finished uploading, click Close.
