Superbill Register

With the Superbill Register function, you can print a report of the superbills that have been entered into CGM webPRACTICE. It is not necessary to print the actual superbills through CGM webPRACTICE in order to perform this function. The superbill number entered during the procedure entry function is what is used to create this report. This report can also be printed from the Reports, Transaction Journals menu.

Summary Only	If you only want to print a summary, select this check box.	1

Sample Report
The information that will be included on the superbill register printed with only summary information is: the superbill number, accounting date, patient number and name, the total amount of the charges per superbill, and the total number of procedures entered per superbill.

The information that will be included on the superbill register printed with detail includes the summary information plus date of service, procedure code, brief description, performing doctor code, location code, diagnosis code(s), accept assignment code, and the procedure amount. A total per superbill will also be printed on the report.
