Lab Requisition Inquiry

With the Lab Requisition Inquiry function, you can print a report that lists every requisition that has been printed for a particular patient.

Upon accessing this function, you must first select the patient.

The Lab Requisition Inquiry screen will display.

Print Register Since What Date	Enter the desired date.		10

Sample Report
The information contained on this report includes: requisition date, and lab name. The total number of requisitions printed for this patient will appear at the end of the report.
