Print Lab Requisition Slips

With the Print Lab Requisition Slips function, you can print laboratory requisition slips for a specific laboratory. You can print requisition slips for patients who are set up in a pre-defined DMS list or for a single patient.

If you selected to print from a DMS list, CGM webPRACTICE will proceed to print the laboratory requisition slips, otherwise you will need to select the patient account you want.
