Initial Treatment Date Attachment  (ITDT)

 This attachment provides flexibility to those clients that don’t use Case Records (to pull in the Date of First Visit field) or Chiropractic Attachments (to pull in the Initial Treatment Date field).

If you add an Initial Treatment Date Attachment to an encounter, the date will be included in the claim and will override the following situations:

• If a Case is attached to the encounter and there is a Date of First Visit stored for the Case
• If a Chiropractic Attachment is added to the encounter and there is an Initial Treatment Date stored in the attachment.
