Create Insurance Status
With the Create Insurance Status function, you can check the status
of the Create Insurance
File process.
The Create Insurance Status summary screen displays the billing group code
and description, the date the file was last created, the last accounting
date that was included in the file, and the user code that performed the
Create Insurance File function. When a date displays in the Date
Created column, the file has finished creating. If it is not complete,
'Creating Print File' displays in the Date Created column.
You can check the status again by clicking Refresh in the Action
Column or you can exit the function check the status again later.
NOTE: Do not proceed with sending or printing your insurance forms until
the Create Insurance File process is complete.
