Claim Hold by Performing Doctor

With the Claim Hold by Performing Doctor function, you can print a detailed analysis report of procedures that have been held, sorted by the performing doctor on the charge.

You can use this report to generate a DMS list. To activate this function, add this report to the DMS Report Integration.

Sample Report
The information contained in this report includes: account number, guarantor name, date of service, patient's first name, policy number, performing doctor code, procedure code, charge amount, the hold date, and primary insurance carrier.

A summary page prints at the end of the report which reflects, by the performing doctor on the charge, the total number of accounts affected, the total number of held charges, and the total dollar amount of the held charges.
