Expected Co-pay Report

With the Expected Co-pay Report function, you can print a report to compare, on a patient-by-patient basis, the amount of the expected co-pay, the actual co-pay amount collected, and the percentage of the co-pay collected. This report is based on the amount entered in the Co-Payment Amount $ field in the patient's Insurance Policy Information screen. This report will only list line items when a co-payment was posted and it will not include co-payments that were left unapplied.

Print From Date Type the date you want the report to start with or click the calendar icon to select a date. This is the accounting date that the co-payment was posted.   10

Sample Report
The report will list the patient account number, patient name, the Date of Service the co-payment was applied towards, the Expected Co-pay amount (pulled from the Effective insurance for that Date of Service), the Actual Co-pay amount received, and a percentage of collection. The bottom of the report reflects the totals for Expected Co-pay, Actual Co-pay Amount received, and percentage of collection.
