Population Analysis by Default Loc by Zip Code

With the Population Analysis by Location by Zip Code function, you can print a report to gather specific information about your patient population. This report is sorted first by default location and then by zip code, both of which are stored in the Patient Name and Address Information screen.

Print Detail of Patients If you want to include the patient's account number, name, date of birth and charges, select this check box.   1
Alpha or Numeric Select the sorting option to sort the patients alphabetically by last name or numerically by account number.   1
Include Address Information If you want to include the patient's home address information, select this check box.   1
Print From Date Type the date you want or click the calendar icon to select a date. This refers to the date of service on the posted charges.   10
Print Through Date Type the date you want or click the calendar icon to select a date. This refers to the date of service on the posted charges.   10
Descending Order If you want this report to print in descending order by each sort total amount, select this check box. Printing in descending order also includes a running total of each sort amount. 1

Sample Report
This report includes the patient's account number and name, the patient's birth date, social security number, and total charges for the selected date range. A total prints for each sort and sub-sort. If you selected the Descending Order check box, a running total of each sub-sort also prints.

A summary prints at the end of the report with a subtotal for each sort and the percentage of that sort to the the total, along with the grand total. This is also what prints if you run the report without selecting the Print Detail of Patients check box.
