Print Outstanding Referrals by Requesting Dr

With the Print Outstanding Referrals by Requesting Dr function, you can print a report that will list every referral that has not been closed. A referral is considered Closed after you perform the Close Outstanding Referrals function and enter a Date Closed for the referral record, which indicates the patient has already been seen by the doctor you referred the patient to.

Sample Report
The report is sorted by the requesting doctor and includes: the account number; the guarantor name and patient name; the account balance; the date of last visit; the date the referral started; the termination date of the referral; the number of visits allowed on the referral; any comments stored on the referral; the patient's telephone number; the insurance company selected on the referral; the insurance carrier contact name; the insurance company's telephone number; the pre-cert number; and the patient's address (if selected).
