Mailing Labels in Account Number Order

With the Mailing Labels in Account Number Order function, you can print mailing labels for patients in numeric order by account number that have had account activity since a specified date. NOTE: The labels print the patient's name and the guarantor's address. If the guarantor's name is different from the patient's, the guarantor's name also prints.

From Patient Type the patient's last name (if alphabetic order report) or the account number (if numeric order report) that you want to begin with, or leave the field blank to start with the first account in the patient file.   20
Thru Patient Type the patient's last name (if alphabetic order report) or the account number (if numeric order report) that you want to end with, or leave the field blank to end with the last account in the patient file.   20
Patients with Activity since Type the date you want or click the calendar icon to select a date. If any activity (transaction) has been posted on the account since this date, the patient will be included on this report. If an account has never had any activity posted, the account will be included in the report because it is treated as a 'new patient' account, and is considered a valid result to be included on the report.   10
