The Sorted List of Referrals by Referral Source function provides a report of outstanding patient referrals sorted by referral source.

Print detail for Patients If you want to print the individual detail for patients (accounts), select this check box.   1
Include Comments If you selected to print the individual detail for patients, you can also indicate if you want comments to print by selecting this check box.   1

Sample Report
If you select to print the detail for patients, the printed report will include: the patient name, telephone number, referral date, responsible doctor, referring doctor, comments (if selected), and authorization information (if entered). A summary page will print at the end of the report, reflecting the total number of patient referrals per referral source.
