Cancellation Report

With the Cancellation Report function, you can print a report containing every cancellation (deleted appointments) and appointments rescheduled in the appointment schedule for a specified date range.

Include Reschedules If you want the report to include appointments that have been rescheduled, select this check box. 1
Include Cancellations If you want the report to include appointments that have been cancelled, select this check box. 1



Sample Report
If you select to print both cancellations and reschedules on the report, it will print any cancellations first and then print any reschedules. It will include the original date, time, and location of the appointment, patient name, account number, and the reason for visit (if entered). The report also includes the user name of the person who cancelled or rescheduled the appointment, the date and time the appointment was cancelled or rescheduled, and the reason.

Whenever an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled you are required to enter a 'reason' for doing so. If any of the Reasons that are listed on the report need to be changed, you can change them using the Edit Cancellation Journal function.
