Deleted Patient Journal

With the Deleted Patient Journal function, you can print a report that will list any patient appointments that are automatically deleted, when you delete doctor schedules through the Edit Doctor Schedule function in Doctor Schedule Maintenance.

You can also print this report through the Edit Doctor Schedule function prior to exiting the function.

Sample Report
The report will print: the appointment date and time, location, patient name, appointment confirmation status, type of visit, number of units, new patient flag, appointment reason, appointment comments, and the patient's social security number and phone number.
