Set Maximum Patient Loads

With the Set Maximum Patient Loads function you can set maximum patient appointment loads for each doctor, by location, for both the morning and afternoon. You can control the appointment load and force the patient appointments to be more equally spread throughout the day. You can set up different maximum patient loads for various days using the Specific Day field. The loads can also be different for each location depending on each doctor's unique schedule.

If there is no maximum load established, CGM webPRACTICE will use the maximum patients entered for the day in the Maintain Doctor Integration Codes. If there are no maximum patients loads entered in either function, CGM webPRACTICE will not put any limits on the number of appointments scheduled each day.
