CGM CONNECTION Integration

This menu function will be available if your practice subscribes to CGM CONNECTION.

With the CGM CONNECTION Integration function, you can enter the information required to set up CGM CONNECTION to meet your practice's needs. If your practice uses multiple databases, this information must be set up for each database and entered from within that database.
 
Upon accessing this function, if CGM CONNECTION has already been activated for the database, the dates and times of the last data transfer will display at the top of the screen.

No Answer Type the Patient Status code you want to display in the Status field in the patient's appointment to correspond with the CGM CONNECTION result received, or select a code from the Patient Status list.
Line Busy Type the Patient Status code you want to display in the Status field in the patient's appointment to correspond with the CGM CONNECTION result received, or select a code from the Patient Status list.
Person Hung Up Type the Patient Status code you want to display in the Status field in the patient's appointment to correspond with the CGM CONNECTION result received, or select a code from the Patient Status list.
Person Answered Type the Patient Status code you want to display in the Status field in the patient's appointment to correspond with the CGM CONNECTION result received, or select a code from the Patient Status list.
Machine Answered Type the Patient Status code you want to display in the Status field in the patient's appointment to correspond with the CGM CONNECTION result received, or select a code from the Patient Status list.
Confirmed Type the Patient Status code you want to display in the Status field in the patient's appointment to correspond with the CGM CONNECTION result received, or select a code from the Patient Status list.
Cancel Requested Type the Patient Status code you want to display in the Status field in the patient's appointment to correspond with the CGM CONNECTION result received, or select a code from the Patient Status list.
Call Failed Type the Patient Status code you want to display in the Status field in the patient's appointment to correspond with the CGM CONNECTION result received, or select a code from the Patient Status list.
