Usage Log

With the Usage Log function, you can view the activity for your CGM PRACTICE PORTAL website.

Upon accessing this function, a list of the events that have occurred through CGM PRACTICE PORTAL displays. This list includes Time Stamp with the date and time (oldest first) that an event occurred; the Event Type; the User information, which displays the CGM webPRACTICE account number for the patients and the CGM PRACTICE PORTAL user name for the employers and referring providers; as well as an Extended Information description of the event.
