Model User Menus

With the Model User Menus function, you can assign specific menu functions to a user. If you create a user name and do not assign any menus, the user will not be able to navigate throughout CGM webPRACTICE.

Upon accessing this function, you must first select a User Name. CGM webPRACTICE will list the user's name at the top of the screen and every available main menu within CGM webPRACTICE below it. Each main menu contains sub-menus and functions. You can expand the list of menus and functions by clicking on the name of the main menu. Any sub-menu names will be listed in blue to indicate they can be expanded while the individual function names will be listed in black.

If you want to assign a main menu with every sub-menu and function it contains, select the check box next to a main menu function. To assign individual menu functions, expand the list of menus and functions and select them individually. If you are selecting individual menus, you must select a minimum of two menu functions from each sub-menu. If a user's security level is too low for any menu function, the menu function will not be displayed in their list of menus.
