Copy All Fee Schedules

With the Copy All Fee Schedules function you can copy all of your fee schedules at one time into a new effective date. Each fee schedule is copied from its most recent effective date into the new effective date you specify. This eliminates the need to copy each fee schedule individually when you are performing the yearly update process.

NOTE: Any sliding income based fee schedules that have Annual Income selected for the Based On field in the Maintain Fee Schedules function are excluded when using this function.

Upon accessing this function, the Copy All Fee Schedules screen displays containing blank data fields.

Copy into Effective Date	Type the new effective date you want to create or click the calendar icon to select a date. This field does not default to the current date.		10
% Deviation (+/-)	Type the percentage amount to increase or decrease the allowed amounts of the copied fee schedules. For example, 5.2 would equate to a 5.2% increase, -5.2 would mean a 5.2% decrease.		5

When you click Save, each fee schedule is copied into the new effective date and a summary displays listing every fee schedule as it is copied. When the process finishes, the message 'Copying of Fee Schedules complete.' displays.
