Location Code Table

By using Location codes, you can save valuable time when you enter transactions on patient accounts, store insurance carrier specific location codes, evaluate statistical information for the location codes, and store other assorted data related to each location code.

The current Place of Service codes from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) are updated automatically as they are made available. You can also obtain the current list by accessing CMS's website.
