Labels by Referral Source

With the Labels by Referral Source function, you can print labels for all the codes stored in the Referral Source Table. You can print the labels sorted by any data field contained in the referral source code.

Upon accessing this function, the Labels by Referral Source screen displays containing blank data fields.

Sorted on which item Type the sort item code you want or select from the Item list. 10

Indicate the criteria for the labels you want to print. For information about entering sorting data for reports, see Selecting Ranges for Reports under Introduction, Printing in CGM webPRACTICE, Standard Printing Options.

Begin with Type the code or text pertaining to the selected sort item that you want to begin with, or leave the field blank to start with the first item in the table.   20
End with Type the code or text pertaining to the selected sort item that you want to end with, or leave the field blank to end with the lasst item in the table.   20
Zip Code Order If you want to print the labels in zip code order, select this check box.   1
How Many Labels Type the number of labels you want to print for each code. 3
Print Code on Label If you want the table code to print on the labels, select this check box. 1
Label Type Type the label code you want or select from the Label Type list. 8
Start on Row Type the row number on the label that you want the data to start printing on. 2
