Missing Superbill Report

With the Missing Superbill Report function, you can print a report listing the superbills that were never entered into CGM webPRACTICE through the Procedure Entry Function.

CGM webPRACTICE is able to track missing superbills because each superbill is assigned a number when you print them through CGM webPRACTICE. Then, when you enter the charges through the Procedure Entry Function, you use that same superbill number. Any superbill numbers that have not been entered through the Procedure Entry Function display on this report.

If a superbill number is listed on the report and you discover the charges have already been posted through the Procedure Entry Function without using the superbill number, you can Edit an Encounter to add the superbill number to each applicable charge. The next time you print the report, that superbill number will not be on the report.

You can also print this report from the Schedule and Reports menus.
