Summary Analysis by Corporation

With the Summary Analysis by Corporation function, you can print a report for a specified month that combines the totals for every database and reflects the total charges, payments and adjustments for the entire corporation.

This report also includes the monthly and year-to-date collection ratio. This collection ratio is not an accurate collection percentage for the specified month since the payments reflected in the calculation could be paying off charges from a previous month. The collection ratio amount just reflects the percentage of money received during the month in comparison to the amount of total charges during the same month. The same figures for the specified month of the previous year are provided for comparison, along with the total dollar amount and percentage of deviation. The report also reflects current year-to-date figures and previous year-to-date figures along with the total dollar amount and percentage of deviation.
