CGM CONNECTION Results

With the CGM CONNECTION Results function, you can view the results for the appointment reminders sent via CGM CONNECTION. Upon accessing this function, you must first select the Appointment Date(s) for the results you want to view. You can also filter the results by selecting a Doctor or Location.

Data Field Information

Prompt	Response
From Appointment Date	Type the beginning appointment date you want or click the calendar icon to select a date.
Thru Appointment Date	Type the ending appointment date you want or click the calendar icon to select a date.
Doctor	Type the Doctor code you want or select from the Location list or leave blank to view the results for all Doctors.
Location	Type the Location code you want or select from the Location list or leave blank to view the results for all Locations.

The CGM CONNECTION Results screen displays detailed information for each result received. This screen can be sorted based on any of the column headings. For detailed instructions on re-sorting the data, see Sortable Columns in the Introduction, System Conventions Help section.

When you first access this function, only the most recent result for an appointment will be listed and any Rescheduled or Deleted appointments will be suppressed. You can click the Expand/Collapse icon (+ or -) at the beginning of each appointment row to expand and list every result received for an appointment and also collapse the list back to only show the most recent result.

The information provided for each patient appointment is:

Patient Account Number and Name
Call Type - currently reflects Contacted regarding Appointment. In the future may be enhanced to include other contact types
Result - indicates the type of communication method used to contact the patient and the result provided by CGM CONNECTION
Result Date and Result Time - provided by CGM CONNECTION
Post:

Appt Status Updated - If the Result has a Status linked to it in the CGM CONNECTION Integration function, the appointment Status was updated
Not Integrated - If the Result does not have a Status linked to it in the CGM CONNECTION Integration function, the appointment Status was not updated
Appt Not Found - The appointment could not be found in the schedule

Action Column Functions

Expand All/Collapse All - You can toggle between viewing all of the results for every appointment or only the most recent result.
Show Res/Del and Hide Res/Del - You can toggle between viewing appointments that have been Rescheduled or Deleted or suppressing them so they do not display in the list. When you click Show Res/Del, those appointments will display in the list with an R or a D in the R/D column at the far right of the screen.
Print - You can print the results in the same format you currently have selected on the screen to Microsoft Excel via MyReports.

The System Log provides an audit trail each time appointment data is sent to or received from CGM CONNECTION.
