ANSI CARC/RARC Table

The ANSI CARC/RARC Table contains the standard ANSI Claim Adjustment Reason Codes (CARC) and Remittance Advice Remark Codes (RARC). The codes and their descriptions are supplied and updated periodically by CGM. For each code you can map a Practice Denial Code and control how the code is handled when an ERA is posted. This table replaced the former Insurance Denial Code Table.

The ANSI CARC/RARC Table contains the following functions:
