New Patient/Follow-Up Reports

The New Patient/Follow-Up Reports menu provides the following functions for printing reports:

Sorted by Location Code
Sorted by Billing Group
Sorted by Performing Doctor
Sorted by Responsible Doctor
Sorted by Date
Sorted by Referral Source
Sorted by Zip Code
Sorted by Patient Class

An account is included in the new patient reports if the Date of First Visit and the Accounting Date of posted charges fall within the specified date range. An account is included in the follow-up reports if there are posted charges within the specified date range.

You can also print these reports from from the Reports menu.
